How to add new users to your account

To help keep your Txt2Give account secure, we recommend that every person that will be accessing the account have their own user login. 

Also, for security reasons, you cannot update your user account with a new email address. Instead, you will create a new user for the new email address, then once you've logged in with that new email address - you can delete the old user account (with the old email address)

Creating a New User

Login to your Txt2Give Dashboard and click on My Account > Users.

Click on the New User button, found in the top right corner of the page.

Add the email address, first name, and last name of the new user and click Create Organization User.

Once the new user is created, they will receive an email asking them to confirm their account. When the user clicks the button to confirm, they will be directed to a page where they will create a password to use with their email address to login.
