Though not super common, occasionally Txt2Give accounts change payment processors and need to swap out their old/existing gateway connection for a new one. (You can find our full list of gateway set-up guides here: http://help.txt2give.co/en/collections/38314-payment-gateways)
Once your new gateway connection has been created, you'll need to go in and deactivate your existing gateway connection so that the new one can be activated.
While logged into the dashboard, click My Account > Gateways.
Next, click View - found to the right of your listed active gateway connection. Notice that the existing gateway connection is "Active" and that the "Inactive" tab shows that you have 1 - Inactive connection.
Click the round menu button in the upper right corner of the page and select Deactivate.
When you deactivate your existing gateway connection, our system should automatically activate your new connection. If, for whatever reason, it doesn't - you can click the Inactive tab and click View on your new connection (which can be identified using the Create At column), click the round menu button, and select Activate.
