If the connection between our system and Planning Center Online ever breaks, then our system cannot push donation information over to them. Any affected donations will have to manually be sent over to PCO.
To do this, log in to the Txt2Give dashboard and click on Giving > Donations.
Next, scroll to the right of the donation in question and click View.
Finally, select the Resend To Planning Center option from the menu button found in the upper corner of the page.
Repeat this process for any donations that need to be resent to Planning Center. If you find that you have a rather large number of them that need to be resent, contact us in Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we might be able to assist with a bulk resend of the donations in question.
