So, you've decided to join all the fun and open an account with Txt2Give (Good Call!) but when you submit your payment info, you get a 409 Conflict error message? What's that all about?
What usually happens is that you enter your billing info, and you get a specific message back letting you know that one of the pieces of info is incorrect - usually the zip code. Then, you correct the info, resubmit the form, and you get the 409 Conflict error message.
What's happening is that our billing system is blocking the form - thinking that it is a duplicate. To get around this, you can just refresh the page before entering your payment info again - which resets the form. That fixes the issue in most cases. If it doesn't solve the problem, close the browser completely and restart the process.
