How do I update my credit card with Txt2Give?

If you need to change your credit/debit card on file with us, you can do this on your Organization's Settings page.  Here's how.

From the Dashboard:

  1. Click My Account, then Settings

  2. Scroll down until you find the section titled Credit Card, and click Change

  3. Enter your new credit card info and click Update Card

Your card is now updated.


If your service has been deactivated due to nonpayment, your service will be reactivated once all past due amounts have been received. Accounts will only be reactivated during normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (CST).

Please note that this is only for your Txt2Give monthly payment. If you need to change your card on file with the merchant account provider, you will need to login to your merchant account and update the payment information in their system.
