Connecting a gateway is a mandatory step that must be completed before you will be able to accept donations.
To connect a payment gateway, select My Account, then click on Gateways.
Next, click either New Gateway or Create One.
From the drop-down menu, select the kind of gateway you are connecting.
To connect the CyberSource gateway to your Txt2Give account, you need to supply your CyberSource user name (merchant_id), and a SOAP Toolkit secure Transaction Key generated in the CyberSource admin. Do a test donation
Do not skip this step! Your unique giving information is included in the Welcome email that we sent. Doing a test donation is how you will know if you connection was successful or not. If you receive an error, that is coming from CyberSource's system letting you know that your connection was not successful.
