Connecting a gateway is a mandatory step that must be completed before you will be able to accept donations.
To connect a payment gateway, select My Account, then click on Gateways.
Next, click New Gateway.
From the drop-down menu, select the kind of gateway you are connecting.
Select Moneris (Canada)
To connect your Moneris Gateway, you'll need your Store ID and API Token. You'll also need to make sure your CVV and AVS settings match what is set-up in your Moneris account.
If you have trouble locating the required information, you can contact Moneris Customer Support by phone at 1 (866) 319-7450 or visit https://www.moneris.com/en/Support.
Once you've entered and saved the information, your Moneris gateway connection is complete.
Important: Do a test donation
Do not skip this step! Your unique giving information is included in the Welcome email that we sent. Doing a test donation is how you will know if your connection was successful or not. If you receive an error, it's likely coming from the Moneris system letting you know that your connection was not successful.
