Connecting a gateway is a mandatory step that must be completed before you will be able to accept donations.
To connect a payment gateway, select My Account, then click on Gateways.
Next, click New Gateway.
From the drop-down menu, select the kind of gateway you are connecting.
To connect your Payconex Gateway, you'll need your Account ID and API Access Key. If you have trouble locating the required information, you can contact Payconex Customer Support by phone at 1 (800) 675-6573 (Ext 2) or visit https://www.bluefin.com/contact/.
Do a test donation
Do not skip this step! Your unique giving information is included in the Welcome email that we sent. Doing a test donation is how you will know if your connection was successful or not. If you receive an error, that is coming from Payconex's system letting you know that your connection was not successful.
