Your Public Facing Email and your Public Facing Phone Number are displayed on the Payment Registration page, the Online Giving Form, and is included on the Donation Receipt that our system sends out to donors. Like most of the info on your account, these two pieces of information can be easily updated.

To update your Public Facing info, visit your Txt2Give dashboard (, click on My Account > Settings

Next, click on the bubble in the top right corner and select Edit.

Scroll down the page to the General Settings section and you'll find fields for  Public Facing Email and Public Facing Phone Number. When you're done updating, click Update Organization at the bottom of the page.

That's it! You can confirm your changes by clicking on your Online Giving URL found back at the top of the Settings page.
