Connecting a gateway is a mandatory step that must be completed before you will be able to accept donations.
To connect a payment gateway, select My Account, then click on Gateways.
Next, click New Gateway.
From the drop-down menu, select the kind of gateway you are connecting.
Select Vantiv
To connect your Vantiv Gateway, you'll need your User, Password, and Merchant ID. If you have trouble locating the required information, you can contact Vantiv Customer Support by phone at 1 (866) 622-2390 or visit https://www.vantiv.com/contact.
Do a test donation
Do not skip this step! Your unique giving information is included in the Welcome email that we sent. Doing a test donation is how you will know if you connection was successful or not. If you receive an error, that is coming from Vantiv's system letting you know that your connection was not successful.
