Connecting a gateway is a mandatory step that must be completed before you will be able to accept donations.
To connect a payment gateway, select My Account, then click on Gateways.
Next, click New Gateway.
From the drop-down menu, select the kind of gateway you are connecting.
Select CyberSource
To connect the CyberSource gateway to your Txt2Give account, you need to supply your CyberSource user name (merchant_id), and a SOAP Toolkit secure Transaction Key generated in the CyberSource admin. If you have trouble locating the required information, you can contact CyberSource Customer Support by phone at 1-800-530-9095 or visit https://www.cybersource.com/support/.
Do a test donation
Do not skip this step! Your unique giving information is included in the Welcome email that we sent. Doing a test donation is how you will know if your connection was successful or not. If you receive an error, that is coming from CyberSource's system letting you know that your connection was not successful.
