Once the donor sets up recurring giving, their gift will automatically process on the date they have specified. If they ever need to change the frequency of a recurring donation, the donor can:
simply text the word UPDATE to your giving number, and click the link to their giving profile & click on the menu box in the upper left corner OR
they can also login to their profile by clicking the login link found at that bottom of their donation receipt, login in to their profile, & click on the menu box in the upper left corner
As an administrator, you can also change/delete this on their behalf. You will do this under the Donation Recurrences tab in the dashboard. This will allow you to edit or delete their recurring donation.
