If you are using the 10 digit giving number, yes. You can assign one or more keywords to a Cause. Keywords are NOT case-sensitive.

If you are using the short code, also yes! But, unlike the keywords that are used with your 10-digit Giving Number - that are free, short code keywords are an additional $5/month per keyword. Like the Giving Number keywords, short code keywords are not case-sensitive.
